This set began nine years ago when I bought seven 1/10 ounce mint state pandas in original government packages for $120@ from my local coin dealer. After getting them graded by NGC, I dreamed of getting the whole set. This dream felt right to me. After about eighty purchases via eBay, three at coin shows, and since 2016 the 3-gram pandas from Modern Coin Mart and GovMint, the collection is now complete. I finished collecting the proof pandas recently, the 1992 and 1994 proofs being the hardest to find. All in all, the experience has been quite enjoyable and satisfying.
