J & L have been in the process of building this set for almost 40 years. We are deeply indebted to Bill Johnson of Pahrump Coins, David Schweitz and Larry Shepherd for their help in making this US 144 Commemorative Coin Set Number 1 in the NGC Registry. The J & L Commemorative Type Set is also Number 1 in the NGC Registry.
We believe not only that toned coins are more beautiful and desirable than white coins, but also that having coins in both services is more desirable than having coins in just one service.
